All my items have been designed by me please not reproduce, copy or share without permission 

To ensure ultimate protection through the post, my products are packaged as follows:

A4 prints:board backed, cellophane wrapped and posted in a firm cardboard envelope.

Card Creatures are boxed and wrapped

Textiles are carefully wrapped.

Items will be dispatched between 1-3 business days of payment being received and proof of postage will always be obtained.

UK Deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class delivery service sign for, which aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays.

International Deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard or sign for (previously air mail), which aims to deliver to Europe in 3 to 5 working days, and to the rest of the world in 5 to 14 working days.

Returns Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

 I hope you are happy with your order. If you have any problems at all with receiving an order, or are unhappy with an item ordered, please do contact me.

 Orders can also be cancelled as long as the item has not been posted yet.

Please note my textiles are antique and as such have had a previous life, and will show signs of wear, this is an intrinsic part of my designs, and intentional.
